Home Renovations and Remodeling

Renovations and remodeling to an existing home are one of the best ways to spice up your living space.

Kitchen

We provide you with professional cabinet vendors, counter top manufacturers, plumbers, electricians, tile setters and painters in order to give you the kitchen all of your friends will be talking about.
We work with clients on projects of all different sizes and scopes from creating that beautiful open concept main level to the lipstick and nail polish upgrades like the changing of a counter top and back splash.

Bathroom

Whether you want to make the most of your existing space, add a bathroom or expand the square footage in your master bath, we are the design and construction professional to turn to. Our team of experts listens to your demands, navigates through challenges and helps you discover effective, cost conscious options to get the job done. With a business built on honesty, integrity, trust and incredible workmanship, we will renovate your bathroom to your specifications and create a finished product you are certain to feel proud of.

Basement

Almost every home in Toronto has a basement. Unfortunately, many are unfinished, or have been renovated previously by DIYs and have not been done properly; it is common to see poorly insulated basements with illegal electrical and plumbing work, along with many other deficiencies.

Renovating your basement with the same attention to details as the rest of your home will add vital functional living space and increase much needed storage and utility areas. The most common attraction to renovating a basement is adding an additional bathroom. Space is abundant, so large bathrooms can be added with elements perhaps not appropriate in the other bathrooms of the house. Whether it's a large tub, sauna, or walk in shower, it can be a treat and definitely add value to the home.

Commercial Renovations and Remodeling

Commercial remodelling is one of our specialties. Lobbies, storefronts, restaurants, etc. are all part of what we do, and do them well.

Commercial remodeling can include many kinds of projects. You might want to remodel restrooms to make them more accessible to handicapped customers, or more pleasing to employees. You might want to remodel your entrance area to give it a fresh new look. Or you might want to eliminate cramped and dark offices, to replace them with a workspace better in tune with contemporary business practices. This would have the added benefit of creating a more airy and better-lit space, which is also healthier.

Buildouts can add space and make the existing space more efficient. A remodel can improve customer flow and accessibility, while at the same time improving employee efficiency, such as traffic flows for wait staff. Remodels can also be simply a kind of facelift, making your commercial property look much more attractive and more contemporary. Customers do judge businesses by how their building looks, whether it is clean, maintained, and looks inviting.

Cottages

Your dream home, away from home.

Step 1

Choose from one of our standard models, or talk to our experts and design your very own custom cottage. Both options include all the features that you want.

Step 2

We provide you with a set of sketches that will include the floor plan and elevations (exterior views) of the house. On these sketches, changes that you would like to see are marked and included. The sketches are revised accordingly and a new set provided.

Step 3

Review the revised sketches to determine if the changes are to your liking. Be sure to ask yourself all the necessary questions about the house and its layout. Once everything is confirmed, building will begin for your dream getaway!

Interior Finishing

The extra touches any home or commercial property needs

Interior design plays a very important role in our life today, making our lifestyle more modern and stylish. Not only that, it also introduces us to elegance and comfort, and helps to raise the functionality in our life.

Interior design not only beautifies the interior of your building but also makes sure that it adds functionality to your home. Functionality is one of the key aspects of interior design. This is important because a poorly designed large house can be lacking in space or even a tiny apartment can be one of the perfect examples of functionality.

This can be achieved with the help of some latest design principles and elements such as a special staircase or a loft. Thus, interior design makes everything work in unison from lighting to furniture to the equipment, making the place feel more appealing and inviting.

Custom Homes

Creating something beautiful from nothing.

We will be your trusted and creative partner in turning your envisioned picture of a beautiful home into reality.

Much like the process of building our cottages, we have a 3 step process that ensures quality of work and guaranteed customer satisfaction.

Step 1

Choose from one of our standard models, or talk to our experts and design your very own custom home.

Once everything is confirmed, building will begin for your dream home!

Architectural Design

The most important step in any construction project

Philosophy

As a full-service firm that combines architecture, engineering, experience and many other related design services, collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We combine the expertise of various disciplines to approach projects from every angle. This rigorous process balances the needs of the project with the needs of the client — delivering solutions that last longer than style or trend.

This process is supported by our use of design technologies, which manage and translate vast amounts of data into designs that can be tested and manipulated in real time. The advanced tools and activities we employ (along with proprietary modelling and return on investment software) form a robust platform for project design and delivery.

Ground-Up Construction

A dream home or commercial property, all from scratch

A ground-up construction project is building a structure completely from scratch. This means building walls, footings, foundations, and so on where nothing existed before.
However, building in phases also means that ground-up projects tend to take longer than renovations.

Our experienced team specializes in working with clients from a blank slate on ground-up construction projects. We create accurate estimates, provide our standard concierge level communication, detailed blueprints, create schedules and budgets while providing recommendations on building design and materials.

Design and Build

One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.

Design-build streamlines project delivery through a single contract between the owner and the design-build team. This simple but fundamental difference saves money and time by transforming the relationship between designers and builders into an alliance which fosters collaboration and teamwork.

  • Faster Delivery — collaborative project management means work is completed faster with fewer problems.
  • Cost Savings — an integrated team is geared toward efficiency and innovation.
  • Better Quality — design-builders meet performance needs, not minimum design requirements, often developing innovations to deliver a better project than initially imagined.
